Demo firmware that is commonly available has a fixed rates of 10ct for a 10/11 digit call, 25ct for 7-digit local call and the same rate for certain NPA's. To edit the advert messages or speed dial buttons you need a hex editor and some experience.
We're currently working on a free online editor that would let you customize all above, plus some extra settings. Expect updates Oct. 2024.
